  We start with Hellcat/BGE bare block with additional webbing and larger coolant passages for strength and additional cooling!!!!

  Everything is precision machined on race quality engine building equipment. Our engines are built to withstand the most stressful environments imaginable.

  BLOCK PREP

  Cylinder hone with deck plate to simulate engine cylinder head torque / Line hone

  Validate center lines / Block deburr

  Test material thickness in critical locations

  Check deck surface

  Complete block cleaning

  Block painting (HEMI orange)

  HEMI SHORT BLOCK COMPONENTS

  Forged Steel Crankshaft, Mopar if Stock Displacement

  4340 Forged Steel Manley or Molnar if Aftermarket 

   4340 Forged Steel Manley or Molnar Connecting Rods

  ARP Rod Bolts / ARP Main Studs
